Security update: Kaspersky introduces multi-device security protection

If you are struggling to install consistent security safeguards across all your home-based and mobile devices, then help is at hand. Top security software company Kaspersky Lab has announced Kaspersky ONE, a universal security package that will protect multiple devices and platforms under a single license.

With Kaspersky ONE, you can safeguard multiple desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones in any combination you choose. There will no longer be a need to buy or download software for each individual device.

As Kaspersky Lab states in a press release, owning multiple devices has become commonplace but security for these devices is an afterthought, creating weak links in personal digital security. This can expose personal information, including passwords and contacts, and put at risk valuable data such as documents, music, photos, and more.

Kaspersky ONE protection combines Internet security and anti-virus protection for PCs and Macs, Kaspersky’s new anti-virus protection for Android tablets, and mobile security for Android, BlackBerry, and Windows Mobile smartphones. Security protections are optimized for each device to ensure seamless installation and maximum performance.

Kaspersky One will cost $79.95 for three devices, $99.95 for five devices, and $149.95 for up to ten devices. It will be available in stores from October 17 and can be ordered online at
