Gadget of the Week – Sony DSC-G3 Cyber-shot Digital Camera

Sometimes it takes a while for me to get into gadgets. I am not an early adopter and I can proudly say I have never read a manual from beginning to end. So if I pick up something, it had better be intuitive to operate, otherwise I will be reluctant to use it and even more reluctant to recommend it.

I will also admit to being somewhat of a procrastinator – especially as it relates to our family’s photos and sharing them with loved ones. I have an iMac; I have iLife; and I only have one child. So you’d think I would have several of those fabulous photo albums that can be put together with half-a-dozen clicks. But, sadly, I don’t.

The fact that a lot of our family and friends live in England and Mexico only adds to the pressure to produce and share photos. Some have made their way onto my Facebook page but I’m never too comfortable posting there. So if there’s a solution out there that will let me easily shoot and share, then I would be a fan for life.

Enter Sony’s DSC-G3 Cyber-shot Digital Camera!

This camera is perfect for my situation. I can take amazing pictures – 10.1 megapixels and the usual Sony quality – and a browser-like application lets me post them immediately to one of the popular photo-sharing sites. I have always loved Shutterfly, so that’s my choice, but you can also post to Picasa, Dailymotion, Photobucket, or even post video clips on YouTube. All you need is a Wi-Fi hotspot and you can skip the computer completely! How great is that?

Add in face detection technology, image stabilization, intelligent scene recognition, up to 100-shot burst mode, and a stylish design, and you have a state-of-the-art camera that won’t completely break the bank at $499.99.

Now that my daughter is nearly 10, I am working on an album of her first decade in this world. Knowing me, that may take a while! In the meantime, I can keep the family happy with regular updates from my Cyber-shot DSC-G3! Check it out.

As you may have guessed, it is made of titanium and some stainless steel¡ªthe case is titanium and the rolex replica sale is stainless steel. The dial is brown, the watch hands are silver-toned, and there is a date window at the four o¡¯clock position. The sapphire case protects the breitling replica sale from water damage up to 30 meters. Synergy means cooperative action. This replica watches uk combines the best of the old and the new to deliver something uniquely modern. All of the classic elements are there. It has the sleek and stylish dial of the replica watches uk, the concave dot at the 12 o¡¯clock hour, and the Swiss quartz movement. But the Sapphire Synergy has something few breitling replica sale offer, a rubber wristband. Why rubber? Well, it¡¯s not a sport rolex replica sale, so using it outdoors is out of the question. But the informal band gives it a more casual look and feel, which can be quite appealing to the modern male.
